How To: De-stress During the Holidays!

The holidays can be extremely stressful. From family staying in every spare room you have, to constantly having to host by cooking, or socializing, it gets tiring doesn't it!? 

On today's post, I am going to make sure that you have a stress free experience this year!

1. Have Some Bubbly!

While you're pouring everyone else a glass of bubbly, why not grab yourself a glass too? It will make the process less stressful, and you will feel a lot more relaxed with a little bit of liquid courage! 

2. Take a Moment For Yourself!

When you wake up on the day of the chaos, make sure to make some time for yourself! Say, "I can do this", get in a nice stretch, maybe some meditation, and smile! 

3. Caffeinate Yourself!

Whether you're a coffee drinker, or perhaps a tea enthusiast, make sure to get some caffeine rolling through your body, preferably several hours before the chaos occurs!

4. Look Your Best!

When you're in the process of getting ready, remember that when you feel your best, you will look your best too! Throw on your favorite cocktail dress, and own the night!

So my friends, it IS possible to have a stress free holiday party with friends and family! Take my advice and run with it this season!
